1. Tickets & Entry

• All ticket sales are final—no refunds, except as required by law.
• Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred up to 24 hours before the event.
• Entry is strictly 18+—a valid government-issued ID is required.
• The festival reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior.
• No re-entry—once you leave, you cannot return.

2. Event Details & Changes

• Elektrik Eel Festival reserves the right to alter the lineup, set times, or venue details due to unforeseen circumstances.
• The event will take place rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by festival organizers.

3. Prohibited Items & Behavior

• 🚫 Outside food or beverages
• 🚫 Large bags (small bags are permitted)
• 🚫 Professional recording equipment (without accreditation)
• 🚫 Weapons, illegal substances, or any dangerous items
• 🚫 Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence

Security reserves the right to conduct bag checks and refuse entry.

4. Liability & Responsibility

• Attendees assume all risks associated with festival attendance, including but not limited to loud noise, flashing lights, and crowded environments.

• Attendees must comply with all venue and local laws—failure to do so may result in removal without refund.
