JB Hi-Fi is looking for a Junior Experience Designer to help shape intuitive, engaging tools and digital experiences used by both customers and team members. The role is about turning insight into impact—helping define, design and deliver solutions that make every interaction smoother, smarter, and more human.

You’ll work closely with senior designers, developers and product owners to explore ideas, build prototypes, and refine real-world products in a fast-paced environment that values collaboration and curiosity.

What you’ll bring:
  • Solid grasp of user-centred design principles and wireframing.
  • Comfort using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, JS).
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work in cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for improving everyday experiences through design.
